Shipping policy

General Design Jewelers uses USPS and UPS® for all shipments (excludes PO Boxes). USPS free shipping will be the default for all items valued under $1,000. Order fulfillment time is generally 3-4 business days. Special or customized orders may take between 5-7 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air® is available for select items. Rates will vary based on location and size of jewelry.

Items shipped containing a value of $100, or above, are insured.
